FaceTite/AccuTite is an advanced and minimally invasive facial contouring & skin tightening procedure which uses Radio Frequency Thermal (Heat) Contraction to deliver lifting of the face and neck. It is normally combined with gentle liposuction of the jowl and neck area when indicated.

At SkinCision By Allen Rezai MD we elevate this procedure by adding a session of Morpheus8 and Topical PRP following the procedure to further enhance the results such as firming the tissue, tightening the skin, contouring the face and stimulating collagen production. FaceTite/AccuTite provides dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck –which was only attainable before through a surgical procedure such as Facelift, without the large scars and excessive discomfort.

How does it work?

The FaceTite/AccuTite procedure is done under local anaesthetic for patient comfort, minimally invasive and takes over an hour to two hours. A very fine internal cannula with an external electrode is inserted under the skin, while the electrode glides over the skin’s surface. Radiofrequency energy is emitted between the cannula and the electrode, creating a controlled thermal field that gently heats underlying tissues, simultaneously stimulating collagen production and achieving tighter, more lifted and toned facial appearance.

A session of Morpheus8 and Topical PRP is combined with our FaceTite/AccuTite procedure, further enhancing the outcome for our patient.

What areas can be treated by FaceTite/AccuTite?

FaceTite primarily targets areas of the lower face. This includes cheeks, chin, and jawline. The procedure is also safe enough to use for the neck. If you’re looking to tighten and tone the eye and brow area a smaller device, known as AccuTite is used. Depending on your needs, Mr Allen Rezai may recommend a combination of both FaceTite and AccuTite during your initial thorough consultation.

Who is a candidate for FaceTite/AccuTite?

FaceTite/AccuTite is an ideal treatment for patients who are not ready for a surgical facelift, neck lift, or brow lift but would like to address age-related changes, mild to moderate skin laxity and loss of definition on the face and neck areas.

When will I see results?

Results from FaceTite/AccuTite vary between individual patients and may be affected by the following factors:

Weight Gain or Loss
Patient’s Age
Skin Condition
Individual Medical History, Medications, and Lifestyle Choices
Patient’s compliance with pre/post-treatment care
Individual response to treatment

Generally, it takes 3-6 months before changes in skin tightening become noticeable and 12 months before final results in skin tightening can be appreciated. Some patients have seen a continued contraction and lifting of the skin for up to 18 months.

What is the downtime?

Following the treatment, patients should expect to feel swollen and tender in the treated area/s for the next two to four weeks. Redness of the skin normally subsides within few hours following the treatment but in some patients may last up to 7 days. Bruising, burns, and changes in pigmentation are uncommon but may occur and may take a few weeks to resolve.
